"I'm Just Too Important" (Cell Phone Use in Cars)

This foolishness is just plain dangerous, that's a fact jack.  Too many people these days feel themselves so important that they can't even pull over to the side of the road and stop to answer a "I'm so important" phone call or text message.  They just have to put everyone else in danger (because they are just so important.)  This is an obvious result of the school system/backed by media driven (sic) a celebrity induced pathology, a clear result of idiotic mentality that somehow THEY ARE THAT IMPORTANT! (Well, you're not, get over yourself!)  Just think what did we do before all this "instant messaging nonsense," when did we become soooo self important?  "Alert the media, you are not that important, that you have to squawk and drivel on with every squeak, tweet or twitter or ring tone on your cell phone!"  No one, NO ONE and nothing is that important, the media and your school systems have done you a grave disservice, your self important fantasy such as "I have to answer a text message or a call, " that "I am willing to put everyone that I share the road with in danger, I will take a chance to kill you with my immediate response or frivolous conversations to kill you with my selfish distracted behaviour."  Yes, I am that important and your life and safety is not, because I'm hip and connected and your not.  It's time now for not a $20.00 fine, but a $10,000.00 fine for this self indulgent childish behavior.
